The CHASING DORY Explore Treasure-Hunting Underwater Drone makes underwater photography and exploration compact and easy. This small remotely operated vehicle captures photos and video from depths of up to 49 feet and is controlled using a smartphone or tablet.

The drone connects to a floating Wi-Fi buoy via a 49-foot tether and streams live 720p video directly to your mobile device, with the option to share content instantly on social media. It captures 2MP still photos and records 1920 × 1080 video at 30 frames per second. A built-in color restoration algorithm enhances image quality, while the wide f/1.6 lens ensures bright and detailed footage even in low-light underwater conditions. Two 250-lumen LED lights illuminate the surroundings, with a color temperature range of 4500K to 5000K.

Drone movement is controlled using a Bluetooth remote controller equipped with dual joysticks and a smartphone mount for convenient live viewing. Users can lock the camera angle to look downward toward the seabed or upward toward the surface and maintain a steady position at a selected depth. Dual Play Mode allows one person to control the drone’s movement while another manages photography and video capture.
