The DJI FlyCart 100 is an advanced Enterprise-class cargo drone designed for professional logistics operations in demanding environments. Powerful Drive System and Heavy-Duty Design

The DJI FlyCart 100 uses a coaxial dual-rotor system that enables high payload capacity while maintaining a compact design. The propulsion system features large high-torque motors and 420 A ESCs, ensuring fast response and stable operation even under maximum load. Each axis can generate up to 82 kg of thrust, allowing the drone to remain highly stable in a wide range of transport scenarios. It also uses 62-inch carbon fiber propellers, which are both lightweight and highly rigid, reducing the risk of deformation at high temperatures and improving overall power efficiency.

Flexible Power Modes and Maximum Payload

The platform supports both single-battery and dual-battery configurations, allowing the operator to adapt the setup to the mission. The standard dual-battery mode supports loads of up to 85 kg while providing additional energy reserve and improved safety. In single-battery mode, the maximum payload increases to 100 kg, making it suitable for the most demanding transport tasks. This gives operators greater flexibility when planning flights and matching the drone configuration to the mission profile.

Advanced Cargo Transport System

One of the most important features of the DJI FlyCart 100 is its advanced winch system for precise cargo transport. The mechanism uses a 30-meter cable and allows both automatic and manual raising or lowering of the load. The retraction speed reaches 1.2 m/s even under heavy load, enabling quick and efficient deliveries without the need to land the drone. This solution is especially useful in hard-to-reach locations such as dense forests, steep slopes, or ship decks. A Cargo mode with a transport box is also available, allowing loads to be carried in a durable container with center-of-gravity detection.

Electric Hook and Load Stabilization

The FlyCart 100 is equipped with an electric hook that can automatically release the cargo after landing or be controlled remotely. It also supports real-time cargo weighing to prevent overload. The system uses a three-axis force sensor and intelligent stabilization algorithms to reduce load swing during flight and improve transport stability. In emergency situations, the cable can be instantly cut with a single button, allowing the drone to free itself if the transported equipment becomes snagged or blocked.

Omnidirectional Obstacle Detection

Flight safety is ensured by an advanced detection system based on LiDAR, millimeter-wave radar, and the Penta-Vision visual system. The LiDAR generates a detailed point cloud of up to 300,000 points per second, allowing accurate environmental mapping and obstacle detection even at night. The front radar performs up to 5,000 vertical scans per second and scans 360° around the drone, while the lower and rear radars provide additional coverage. The Penta-Vision system, together with a full-color low-light FPV camera, enables monitoring of the area in front, behind, to the sides, and below the drone, significantly improving situational awareness during flight. Front long-range and short-range lights, as well as auxiliary lower lighting, further support night operations.

Additional Safety Features

The FlyCart 100 includes a number of extra systems designed to improve transport safety. AR Safety Assistance uses augmented reality to detect pedestrians and vehicles near takeoff and landing zones, helping the operator maintain a safe operational area. Auto Slope Ascent analyzes terrain in real time and automatically maintains the correct flight height above the surface, allowing safer missions in mountainous and uneven terrain. Obstacle Avoidance for Cargo makes it possible to detect obstacles not only for the drone itself, but also for the transported load, reducing the risk of snagging in complex environments. The No-roll Flight function improves stability in strong winds and helps maintain control in the event of power loss. The drone also includes the DJI AirSense ADS-B warning system.

Integrated Parachute System

The DJI FlyCart 100 is equipped with an integrated parachute system for added safety. It has an independent power supply and its own control mechanism, and it can be activated even at the drone’s maximum takeoff weight. In an emergency, the parachute slows the descent and reduces landing speed to approximately 7 m/s, minimizing the risk of damage to equipment as well as danger to nearby people and infrastructure. The system also includes several safeguards, such as intelligent self-check on startup and automatic propeller stop before parachute deployment. A specially designed cover provides corrosion resistance and low air permeability.

Reliable Operation in Harsh Environments

The FlyCart 100 is designed to perform in demanding operational environments. Its IP55-rated construction protects essential components from dust and splashes, allowing missions to continue even in rainy conditions. The platform remains stable in winds of up to 12 m/s and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 40°C. It can handle both freezing conditions and extremely hot environments. Its maximum operating altitude is 6,000 meters, making it suitable for use in mountainous regions.

Ultra-Fast Charging and Smart Power Management

The drone uses high-capacity intelligent DB2160 batteries that support ultra-fast charging. When used with dedicated power systems, a battery can be charged in approximately 9 minutes, greatly reducing downtime between missions. In dual-battery mode, both batteries act as backup for one another, so if one fails, the other can keep the drone airborne and allow a safe landing. The system also supports hot-swapping, enabling near-continuous operation during intensive logistics tasks. Additional features include a triple-channel cooling system and battery heating for colder environments.

DJI O4 Transmission and DJI RC Plus 2 Controller

The drone is controlled using the DJI RC Plus 2 controller, which features a 7-inch display with a maximum brightness of 1400 nits for clear visibility even in strong sunlight. The controller is rated IP54 and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 50°C, making it suitable for harsh field conditions. A Dual Controller mode is also available, allowing two pilots to hand over control as needed to meet operational requirements.
