DJI Delivery FlyCart 100 Flagship Winch System (086050)

The DJI FlyCart 100 winch system is an advanced transport solution designed for delivery operations in locations where drone landing is difficult or impossible. It enables precise lowering and lifting of cargo, significantly increasing the flexibility of logistics missions. With a cable length of up to 30 meters, the system allows safe deliveries in dense forests, on ship decks, on drilling platforms, or in mountainous terrain. This makes it possible for the drone to deliver equipment and materials exactly to the intended location, even in challenging operational environments.

Precise Cargo Lifting and Lowering

The winch uses a fully electric drive mechanism that allows smooth and accurate control during transport operations. With a maximum retraction speed of 1.2 m/s, it can raise or lower cargo efficiently while maintaining a high level of control throughout the delivery process. This helps reduce the risk of damage to transported equipment and makes it easier to carry out deliveries in locations that require precision.

Intelligent Electric Hook

The system is equipped with an intelligent electric hook that allows the transport mechanism to be opened and closed remotely. This makes it possible to release the cargo without requiring ground personnel to intervene directly.

Wireless Charging and Long Operating Time

The winch features a wireless charging system, which simplifies operation and reduces the need for additional cables. The hook power supply can operate for around 10 hours, allowing multiple transport missions to be completed during a single working day without frequent recharging.

Real-Time Weight Monitoring

The system includes an integrated digital scale that allows real-time monitoring of the transported load. This helps operators continuously control payload weight and prevent overloading the drone during flight. It also improves operational safety and supports documentation of transported materials.

Safety Features for Transport Operations

The winch is equipped with several safety-enhancing functions. It supports automatic load stabilization, helping reduce cargo swing during lifting and lowering. In emergency situations, the Cable Discard Escape mode allows the cable to be released immediately if the cargo becomes snagged or blocked. The device also uses audible and visual signals to indicate operating status and improve safety for personnel within the working area.
