TronTracker – Approved Buoy Locator for Accurate Fishing Gear Monitoring

TronTracker is an approved fishing buoy locator designed for precise monitoring of fishing gear. The system fully complies with CEPT regulations under ECC/DEC/(02)01 and operates as an AMRD-B device on the 160.900 MHz frequency.

It is well suited for tracking surface markers used with gillnets, longlines, Danish seine, and crab pots. The system is approved for temporary surface marking and does not interfere with maritime navigation.

The TA10 Tracker delivers reliable, long-lasting performance in low temperatures thanks to its rechargeable battery and convenient charging with the BC10 Dual Charger. The RA10 Receiver connects directly to the vessel’s chart system, allowing accurate positioning of deployed gear. Receivers operating on the same frequency can also detect signals from other compatible transmitters, supporting cooperation and more sustainable fishing practices.
