The DTNVS is exceptionally lightweight and versatile, designed for handheld use or attachment to a helmet or head mount. Customize it to your specifications with features like diopter adjustment, objective focus, and eye relief adjustment, thanks to the DTNVS Locking System.

Constructed from a fiber-reinforced polycarbonate body, this binocular model offers remarkably low weight and high stability. It also features an optional auto-off function when folded, saving energy and reducing stray light.

Additional features include:

• Individual ocular on/off switching
• Battery and IR status indicator in the field of view
• Built-in IR LED for enhanced close-range vision

LWT40 Body

The LWT40 Optics Package delivers the familiar feel and functionality of PVS14 optics but with a 30% reduction in weight compared to the LNS40 Optics Package. The shorter objective lens may present some compatibility challenges, but the eyepiece is virtually identical to the standard PVS14 eyepiece, only lighter. It offers a diopter adjustment range from +2 to -6.

The hybrid optics, incorporating some plastic lenses, may be less resistant to wear and scratches than full glass optics. However, they exceed MilSpec environmental tests and match or surpass the optical performance of most standard PVS14 optics. The optics also meet the 20m for 2h submersion specification.
