MAGUS Bio V300 Inverted Biological Microscope

The MAGUS Bio V300 is an advanced inverted biological microscope designed for comprehensive sample analysis in laboratory settings. Ideal for observing colonies of cells, tissue cultures, and biological fluids, this microscope allows for detailed study without the need for pre-staining. The MAGUS Bio V300 supports both brightfield and phase contrast microscopy techniques using transmitted light, making it suitable for routine research, advanced scientific inquiry, and educational purposes.

Optics

Featuring a classic trinocular head, the MAGUS Bio V300 allows for the integration of a digital camera (not included) via its trinocular tube, with a beam splitting ratio of 50/50. The revolving nosepiece can accommodate four objectives, each with a long working distance, optimized for laboratory ware. This includes three plan achromatic objectives for brightfield and one for phase contrast.

Illumination

The microscope is equipped with a powerful 9W LED transmitted light source, ensuring bright illumination across all objectives and techniques. The brightness can be adjusted without altering the color temperature, and the LED is rated for up to 50,000 hours of use. The condenser includes a slot for a phase contrast slider, which is included, and the phase contrast rings can be centered, thus facilitating seamless transitions between microscopy techniques.

Stage and Focusing Mechanism

With a fixed mechanical stage, the MAGUS Bio V300 includes three dish holders of varying sizes. The mechanical attachment allows for precise specimen movement along the X and Y axes. The coaxial focusing mechanism combines coarse and fine adjustments, with a lock mechanism and tension adjustment for coarse focusing.
