iOptron Mount SkyGuider Pro

The SkyGuider Pro offers lightweight and efficient tracking for cameras with interchangeable lenses or small telescopes, enabling longer exposure times for captivating wide-angle shots of the night sky.

As the big brother of iOptron's popular SkyTracker Pro, the SkyGuider Pro enhances versatility by accommodating heavier camera-lens setups, up to five kilograms. This is facilitated by its thicker right ascension axis, larger worm gears, and a counterweight system for camera balance.

Alternatively, you can opt to mount a second camera, weighing up to three kilograms, in place of the counterweight, enabling dual-angle sky photography.

For enhanced control, you have the option to integrate the Go2Nova hand controller or utilize automatic tracking via the ST-4 input.

Equipped with a built-in Li-polymer battery, the SkyGuider Pro can be conveniently recharged via USB.

To align accurately with the Earth's rotation axis, simply aim at Polaris, facilitated by the built-in polarscope with illuminated engravings, ensuring straightforward alignment.

While standard tracking speed maintains star alignment, selectable speeds for the Sun or Moon, including half-speed for combined landscape and celestial shots, offer creative versatility.

The mount's reversible rotation direction enables Southern Hemisphere compatibility, making it an excellent travel companion.
