Motic BA310E binocular microscope (45003)

The Motic BA310 microscope is engineered to meet the rigorous demands of daily use in universities, clinics, laboratories, and other life science or medical settings where high optical performance is essential. It utilizes Motic's Color Corrected Infinity Optics (CCIS®) and features newly designed EF-N Plan Achromatic objectives for enhanced image clarity, even with weakly stained samples. The full Koehler illumination system ensures optimal lighting, and the microscope can be upgraded with additional contrast methods and accessories, making it a versatile tool for users at all levels and for a wide range of applications.

Objectives
The BA310 is equipped with the latest generation of CCIS® EF-N Plan Achromatic objectives, made from high-quality optical glass and multi-layer coated for superior contrast. The new tube lens design delivers a fully corrected intermediate image without color fringes, ensuring accurate and sharp results.

Eyepieces
Standard N-WF 10X/20 eyepieces provide a high eyepoint for eyeglass wearers and allow for precise diopter adjustment on both sides. Lockable eyepieces prevent unauthorized removal, making the BA310 ideal for educational settings.

Eyepiece Tubes
Observation tubes are ergonomically designed with a 30° viewing angle and an interpupillary distance range of 48-75 mm, ensuring comfort during long sessions. The large 20 mm field of view enables quick screening, and the "butterfly" swivel adjustment increases viewing height. Trinocular tubes support digital documentation with flexible light split options.

Illumination
The BA310 offers both Koehler 6V/30W halogen and 3W LED illumination options, providing flexibility for different lighting preferences and laboratory requirements.

BA310 Elite Model
The BA310 Elite (BA310E) introduces optical and mechanical improvements, including a lead-free manufacturing process and a rackless stage for smoother x/y movement. The EC Plan Achromat objectives provide excellent field flatness, resolution, and color fidelity, with increased working distances to reduce contamination risk. Anti-fungus treatment is applied to extend the life of the microscope and objectives.

Rackless Stage
The rackless stage allows smooth x/y movement without exposed gear racks, enhancing user safety and convenience, especially in educational environments. An optional two-slide holder is available for high-throughput sample analysis.

Halogen/LED Interchangeability
The BA310E supports easy interchangeability between halogen and LED illumination. The standard 6V/30W halogen bulb can be replaced with an LED module to suit user preferences for color temperature and lamp longevity.
