The SMZ445 offers a zoom range of 0.8x to 3.5x (zoom ratio 4.4:1) with a 45° angled viewing posture, while the SMZ460 features a zoom range of 0.7x to 3.0x (zoom ratio 4.3:1) with a 60° viewing angle.

Outstanding Optical Performance
Both models use advanced optical design and multi-coated lenses to achieve high-quality, flat-field images. The Greenough optical system provides a true erect image and allows independent adjustment for each eyepiece, ensuring comfortable and precise viewing.

Long Working Distance
A 100 mm working distance allows safe and easy focusing, even with uneven specimens. This feature is especially helpful when using tweezers, dissection tools, or pipettes.

Flexible Eyepiece Options
The microscopes are supplied with 10x eyepieces (field number 21). Optional 15x or 20x eyepieces are available for higher magnification. With 20x eyepieces and auxiliary objectives, the SMZ445 can achieve up to 70x magnification.
