Opticron Camera adapter for HR, ES and MM4 spotting scopes (54799)

Telephotography with SLR, DSLR, and mirrorless cameras is possible by using a fieldscope as the camera lens. The fieldscope connects to the camera body with either a telephoto adapter or a combination of eyepiece and photo adapter.

This specific telephoto adapter is installed in place of the eyepiece. While it does not offer the same flexibility as an adapter that fits over the eyepiece, it provides superior image quality. The image area is better illuminated, which helps to minimize image defects such as distortion or vignetting.
