PULSAR Domes Remote Rotation Drive

Compatibility:
This drive is designed for use with PULSAR domes measuring either 2.2 or 2.7 metres in diameter.

Control Options:
You can operate the drive using the integrated LCD display or through PC software. The system is supplied fully pre-assembled and ready for installation with just four bolts.

Automation and Integration:
The drive allows complete control over your observatory, including full synchronisation with your telescope. It comes with an ASCOM driver and supports third-party software such as Maxim DL. The maximum rotation speed is approximately 2.5 degrees per minute.

Note:
For Windows 11 users, FTDI drivers must be installed manually to enable the Pulsar App to communicate with the dome. Programs that use ASCOM, such as N.I.N.A and SGPro, operate via virtual COMM ports and are not affected by this requirement. FTDI drivers are available for download from the Pulsar software and drivers page.
