Solar lens filter for white light observation

• The filter film is stretched flat between two aluminum rings.

• Freely adjustable tube clamps provide a secure fit.

• Suitable for all telescope models except Schiefspiegler, and also works with finderscopes and binoculars.

The solar filter is securely attached to the lens tube or dew shield with four polyamide threaded columns and precisely adjustable clamps. For added safety during public use, the filter can be further secured so that removal is only possible with force.

If the film becomes damaged, it can be easily replaced.

To determine the correct filter size for your telescope, check the product name for the supported external diameter of the telescope tube. Do not use the telescope aperture for sizing, as many instruments have a fixed dew shield. Measure your telescope’s external diameter and select the appropriate filter accordingly.
