The MAGUS CBF50 is a digital color CMOS camera designed for capturing photos and videos through a microscope. This camera allows you to edit images, organize presentations, and measure lines and angles after calibration. Featuring a SONY Exmor backlit CMOS sensor, it delivers clear and bright images even in low-light conditions. The USB 3.0 interface ensures fast, lossless data transfer. The camera can be installed in a microscope’s trinocular tube using a C-mount adapter, or in an eyepiece tube with the appropriate adapters. It is specifically designed for microscopes using bright field mode with 40x, 60x, and 100x objectives.

The camera is equipped with a 3.1-megapixel sensor and supports two resolution modes: 2048x1536 pixels (video at 53 frames per second) and 1024x768 pixels (video at 85 frames per second). These high frame rates are ideal for recording moving objects, observing fast processes, and following sample movement without lag. Video playback is smooth and photos are sharp and easy to interpret. High light sensitivity allows for effective work even in poor lighting.
