Wanderer Astro flat field mask 190mm V4 IR (85910)

A flat field mask creates a white area with uniform brightness. To use it, simply place the mask on your telescope optics and photograph the illuminated area. This flat field image helps you accurately measure the brightness distribution of your optical system and correct any brightness gradients in your astrophotography during image processing.

For best results, use the mask under the same conditions and with the same optics as your main images. The mask is designed for portability and can be easily powered for use in the field.
