B-510 Darkfield

Within the OPTIKA B-510 Series is a specialized model designed for immersion darkfield applications, particularly useful for fresh blood testing. This advanced routine microscope features a 100x oil iris objective paired with a special darkfield condenser that integrates the X-LED3 illumination system—eliminating the need for external, high-cost lighting.

The OPTIKA immersion darkfield system achieves results equivalent to traditional 150 W illuminators combined with cardioid darkfield condensers. It offers high numerical aperture and superior resolution, providing ultra-contrasted, sharp images with IOS W-PLAN optics. In brightfield mode, the Köhler system ensures optimal contrast and uniform lighting. Darkfield observation makes unstained samples appear brightly illuminated against a deep black background.
