The Delta Optical Forest 10x42 Gen3 (SKU: DO-1306) represents the third generation of this well-known line of field binoculars. It combines a new, lightweight mechanical design with an upgraded optical system, making it ideal for demanding users who seek reliability, exceptional image quality, and full weather resistance.
These binoculars use ED (Extra-Low Dispersion) glass to minimize chromatic aberration, providing sharp, high-contrast images with true-to-life color reproduction. The BaK4 prisms feature dielectric and phase-correction coatings to enhance light transmission and detail sharpness, while the FBMC (Fully Broadband Multi-Coated) anti-reflective coatings improve image brightness—particularly valuable for observations at dawn or dusk.
The body is constructed from a magnesium-aluminum alloy and covered with a rubberized, ergonomic coating for a secure and comfortable grip. The binoculars are waterproof and nitrogen-filled, ensuring fog resistance and durability in harsh outdoor conditions.
