Delta Optical DLT-Cam Pro 12 MP USB 3.0 Microscope camera (DO-4913)

Delta Optical DLT-Cam PRO microscope cameras are designed to work with a wide range of microscope models. With the included optical adapters, they can be used with microscopes equipped with eyepiece tubes or additional camera ports (trinocular outputs) with a diameter of 23.2 mm. They can also be placed in eyepiece tubes with diameters of 30 mm and 30.5 mm. The cameras feature a C-mount interface, allowing them to connect to most microscopes available on the market.

Sony Exmor sensors used in these cameras are known for their low noise levels. Thanks to this, the cameras are suitable not only for traditional brightfield observation but also for darkfield, phase contrast, and fluorescence techniques. The high dynamic range enables capturing details in both dark and bright areas of the image, offering performance that surpasses many other camera models.

Color reproduction is exceptionally accurate, with results comparable to CCD sensors, which have traditionally excelled over CMOS sensors in this area.

The cameras are operated through the Delta Optical DLT-Cam Viewer software (Polish language interface), used for capturing images and video recordings from the DLT-Cam PRO. The software is intuitive and provides extensive control over device parameters. Users can adjust exposure times (automatic or manual), contrast, gamma, saturation, and limit the camera’s field of view. White and black balance can be set manually or automatically based on a selected region of the live preview. The software also allows for measurements with export to Excel, focus stacking, micro-panorama stitching (both from previously captured images and live view), HDR imaging, scale bar insertion, filter application, saving camera settings as presets, independent selection of preview and capture resolution, counting functions, illumination uniformity correction, noise reduction, and live sharpening. Additional features include interval shooting, digital binning, and histogram display with adjustable range, including separate RGB channels.

The USB 3.0 interface ensures fast camera performance and smooth imaging even in low-light conditions, making the device suitable for a wide variety of applications.
