An important innovation in Spuhr mounts is the ISMS (Ideal Scope Mount System). This system incorporates a specially engineered 45-degree cut in the mount, which—when used with the included alignment tool—allows the optic to be installed precisely along the weapon’s axis.
The mount allows positioning the scope 70 mm forward compared to standard mounts and offers a height of 38 mm, making it an excellent choice for AR-type rifles. A notable upgrade in this model is the inclusion of a steel clamping bar (marked with the letter M).
All SPUHR products are manufactured from 7000-series aluminum.
