20.4MP Live MOS Sensor with TruePic IX Processor
The 20.4MP Live MOS sensor and TruePic IX processor work together to deliver fast performance, high sensitivity up to ISO 25600, 4K video recording, and continuous shooting up to 30 fps when using Pro Capture mode. This mode begins buffering images with a half-press of the shutter, allowing users to capture fast action even before fully pressing the button.

121-Point All Cross-Type Phase-Detection AF
The autofocus system combines 121 phase-detection and 121 contrast-detection points for fast, accurate focusing.
• All phase-detection points are cross-type, improving precision in mixed lighting and enhancing subject tracking.
• Various AF modes accommodate different subjects, such as a 25-point Group Target mode suited for wildlife and birds.
