Durable construction and ergonomic design
The flashlight body is made from anodized aircraft-grade aluminum, ensuring high resistance to impact and wear. The knurled surface improves grip and prevents slipping, even in difficult conditions.

With a length of just 106 mm and a weight of 207 g including the ARB-L21-5000 battery, the HM71R is compact enough for everyday use. The light beam angle can be adjusted up to 180° by rotating the flashlight within its polymer headband mount. Unlike traditional headlamps, the HM71R can be removed from the mount and used as a standalone angled flashlight.

The redesigned mounting system allows the flashlight to slide out quickly and easily. A magnetic tail cap enables attachment to steel surfaces, making it ideal for hands-free work. A removable steel clip allows the flashlight to be carried on a belt, backpack, or pocket.

Dual-LED system for distance and color accuracy
The main light source is a high-output Luminus SST40 LED, producing up to 2700 lumens with a beam distance of 230 meters. In addition, the HM71R uses a SST20 LED with CRI 90, which emits neutral white light with excellent color rendering.

This neutral, evenly diffused light reduces eye strain and accurately reproduces colors, making it particularly useful for technical tasks such as electrical work, repairs, or industrial use.

Eight lighting modes and intuitive control
The HM71R offers 8 operating modes:

All functions—on, off, and mode switching—are controlled by a large silicone side button that can be easily operated while wearing gloves. The advanced driver provides linear regulation, meaning the selected brightness remains constant until the battery is depleted.

USB-C charging and long runtime
A built-in USB-C charging port allows the battery to be recharged without removing it from the flashlight. The included Fenix ARB-L21-5000 V2.0 (5000 mAh) rechargeable battery delivers up to:

• 3 hours of total runtime in Turbo mode

• 400 hours in Moon mode (diffused light)

A low-battery warning system and LED status indicator help monitor remaining power.

Additional safety and convenience features
The flashlight includes a lockout mode to prevent accidental activation during transport. It also features a memory function, recalling the last used brightness level (excluding Turbo mode).

With an IP68 rating, the HM71R is fully dustproof and waterproof, capable of submersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes. It is suitable for use in all weather conditions. Built-in protection against overheating and reverse polarity further enhances safety and reliability.

Comfortable and secure headband
An upgraded elastic headband ensures stable and comfortable wear. It efficiently wicks away sweat and includes reflective elements to improve visibility and safety during nighttime activities.
