Constructed from anodized aluminium and stainless steel, the mount combines low weight with high rigidity, making it an excellent choice for traveling observers as well as demanding astrophotographers. The M Zero integrates four mounting concepts in a single system. It functions as a true equatorial mount, a photographic mount that does not require a meridian flip, an alt-azimuth mount for visual observing, and a time-lapse platform for panoramic photography. Despite this versatility, it remains light and compact enough to fit into hand luggage, making it ideal for travel.
