The newly developed Pirschler 15–45x60 S spotting scope is specifically engineered for hunting in low-light conditions and for nature observation. It is also perfectly suited to the requirements of classic birdwatching. The “S” version features an angled viewing design, making it especially suitable for observing elevated subjects such as chamois on steep slopes or birds in trees. For astronomical observation, the angled view is generally the preferred option.

The compact and lightweight 60 mm Pirschler spotting scope can be easily stored in a backpack and transported to any observation site. For mobile use in fields, forests, or mountainous terrain, the 60 mm version is more practical than the larger and heavier 70 mm alternative. Despite its compact size, color brilliance matches that of the larger model, and image brightness remains comparable. A newly calculated optical system ensures a sharp, high-contrast image even in poor lighting conditions and during twilight. Even at 45x magnification, the Pirschler delivers a razor-sharp image.

The focusing system features a large 4 cm adjustment wheel that can be comfortably operated even while wearing gloves. The latest DDoptics spotting scopes impress with wide fields of view and an exceptionally close focusing distance. With the Pirschler 15–45x60 S, observations are possible from as close as 7 meters, which is particularly advantageous for birdwatching, insect observation, and use at the shooting range.
