The Optika B-65 is a monocular brightfield microscope designed for education and hobby use, offering magnification up to 1000x. With oil immersion capability and a mechanical cross table, it provides precise control and detailed imaging for advanced classroom and laboratory applications.

The reverse-position quadruple nosepiece operates smoothly on ball bearings and carries four achromatic objectives with anti-fungus treatment:

The 100x oil objective enables high-resolution observation of fine cellular and microbiological structures.

Mechanical Stage and Focusing

The StagErase™ mechanical stage measures 125 x 125 mm and provides an X–Y movement range of 62 x 24 mm. Vernier scales on both axes allow positioning accuracy up to 0.1 mm.

A coaxial coarse and fine focusing mechanism ensures smooth and accurate focus adjustment. An integrated limit stop prevents accidental contact between the objective and the specimen.

Illumination and Condenser

The microscope features transmitted LED illumination integrated into the condenser with adjustable brightness control.
