This advanced PrimoStar 3 configuration is designed for professional laboratory diagnostics, biological research, and higher education. The Full Köhler illumination system ensures optimal contrast and uniform light distribution, while the wide 22 mm field of view provides comfortable observation. The trinocular design with a 50:50 photo tube allows easy camera integration for documentation and teaching. In addition to brightfield microscopy, this version supports phase contrast (Ph2), making it ideal for observing transparent specimens.

The microscope is delivered as a ready-to-use package with factory pre-adjusted illumination and a carefully selected set of objectives and eyepieces.
