Description

Omegon Apochromatic Refractor Pro APO AP 130/910 OTA (86136)

The Omegon Pro APO 130/910 belongs to the top class of refractor telescopes. Designed for observers who demand uncompromising performance, this instrument delivers outstanding optical quality and robust mechanics. With a Strehl ratio greater than 0.95, it ensures exceptional sharpness and contrast. Color errors, contrast loss, and image blur are virtually eliminated thanks to its high-end triplet design.

Key Advantages at a Glance

  • Premium ED triplet objective for color-true, high-contrast images

  • 910 mm focal length ideal for Moon, planets, and deep-sky observation

  • Large 3.7" focuser with 1:10 fine reduction for heavy accessories

  • Durable transport case for safe storage and travel

  • Solid tube clamps with Losmandy-style mounting rail for maximum stability

Certified High-Performance Optics

Each telescope includes an interferometric test report documenting its optical quality and Strehl ratio. This certification confirms the near-perfect imaging performance. Fine details are reproduced with impressive clarity, giving you confidence in the instrument’s precision.

Triplet Objective with ED Glass for Maximum Sharpness

The three-element objective lens incorporates premium low-dispersion ED glass. This design produces exceptionally color-accurate and high-contrast images, even when observing bright stars or planets. Compared to standard apochromats, this model offers noticeably improved sharpness and optical refinement. Every detail in the optical design has been carefully optimized to deliver superior performance.

Versatile Performance with 910 mm Focal Length

With a focal length of 910 mm, this refractor is ideal for both visual observation and astrophotography. It provides sufficient resolution to reveal fine planetary structures, such as details on Jupiter, while also capturing delicate nebula formations and globular clusters. Despite its performance capabilities, it remains compact enough for mobile use on high-quality mounts.

High-Quality Mechanics and Practical Design

The robust 3.7" rack-and-pinion focuser with 1:10 fine focusing ensures precise adjustments and securely supports heavy accessories such as diagonal mirrors or binocular viewers. The focuser is rotatable and offers generous adjustment range and backfocus.

Two sturdy metal tube clamps, a carrying handle, and a Losmandy-style mounting rail are included for stable installation. An integrated finder shoe allows easy attachment of a viewfinder. The supplied transport case protects the telescope during storage and travel, ensuring it is always ready for the next clear night.
