The FlexiSpeed is a versatile guidescope designed to adapt to different applications. A 45 mm aperture may seem uncommon, but the tube features an outer diameter of exactly 2 inches—matching standard eyepiece barrels. This creates an ideal balance between light-gathering performance and lightweight construction.

Comfortable Rack-and-Pinion Focusing

Focusing your guiding camera is straightforward and precise. The built-in rack-and-pinion focuser eliminates the need to rotate stiff lens mounts or adjust focus by sliding the tube. Smooth operation ensures accurate and convenient focusing.

Modular and Multi-Purpose Design

The FlexiSpeed is more than a guidescope. If you wish to use it as a finder or compact spotting scope, simply remove a tube segment. You can then attach a diagonal or Amici prism and an eyepiece. The removed segment can be reused as an M48 to 2-inch extension tube.

The objective lens features an M48 thread, allowing direct attachment of filters or an additional extension tube that can function as a dew shield. The modular construction provides flexibility for a variety of observing and imaging setups.

Flexible Model Options

The FlexiSpeed series is available in two focal lengths: 200 mm and 250 mm. Each version can be purchased either as a complete set with adjustable tube clamps, as in this model, or without clamps if you already have suitable mounting hardware.
