The OPTIKA IM-300LD4 is a professional inverted fluorescence microscope with modern LED technology. It has been specifically developed for research, diagnostics, and teaching. Its modular design, powerful illumination, and wide range of applications make it a reliable instrument for demanding laboratory work.

Optics and Mechanical Design

The microscope features an ergonomically inclined 45° trinocular tube and adjustable interpupillary distance from 50 to 75 mm. Wide-field plan eyepieces (WF10x/22) with rubber eyecups provide comfortable viewing.

The ball-bearing 5-position objective turret is equipped with durable, fungus-resistant LWD U-PLAN F objectives in 10x, 20x, and 40x magnifications. The infinity-corrected optical system ensures high image quality and flexibility for advanced applications.

Lighting and Fluorescence System

An integrated LED fluorescence unit with four filter slots delivers up to 35% higher light intensity compared to traditional metal halide lamps. Brightness is adjustable, and selecting a filter automatically activates the corresponding LED. There are no warm-up times or lamp replacements required, allowing immediate operation.

The system supports both incident and transmitted light illumination, making it suitable for brightfield and fluorescence applications.

Stage, Condenser, and Focusing

The mechanical stage measures 250 × 290 mm and accommodates slides as well as Petri dishes up to 54 mm in diameter, using glass and metal supports.

A long working distance (LWD) condenser with NA 0.30 and 72 mm working distance ensures optimal illumination. Coarse and fine focusing controls offer 0.002 mm precision with a safety stop to protect specimens.
