The SOCP Dagger Combo Kit includes the Benchmade 176BKSN SOCP Dagger tactical knife along with a dedicated training version designed for safe and realistic practice. The trainer model replicates the size, weight, and overall design of the live blade while removing the sharpened edges and tip, allowing effective training without combat capability.

The Benchmade 176BKSN SOCP Dagger was developed with input from the creator of the S.O.C.P. program, a combat system used by specialized U.S. Army units. It is a discreet, skeletonized tactical fixed blade designed for defensive and tactical applications.

Design and Construction

The dagger is made entirely from 440C stainless steel and finished with a durable black protective coating. The double-edged blade features an aggressive tip optimized for strong penetration. Non-slip jimping along the handle and blade base improves grip security during use.

A distinctive ring at the end of the handle allows rapid deployment from the sheath, enables secure retention during operation, and reduces the risk of the knife being dislodged. This ring design also allows for ambidextrous handling and intuitive manipulation.

Sheath and Carry Options

The knife includes a durable polymer sheath with an integrated clip compatible with MOLLE systems. This allows secure attachment to tactical vests, belts, and other gear platforms, ensuring safe and convenient carry.

Training Version

The included training dagger mirrors approximately 90% of the live blade’s specifications, including material, dimensions, and balance. However, it features no sharpened edges or piercing tip, making it suitable for controlled training scenarios. The red finish allows instant visual identification of the training model. It fits the same sheath as the standard SOCP Dagger, maintaining realistic carry and deployment practice.
