Hytera Smart Dispatch Plus – Basic Package
The Smart Dispatch Plus basic package is a dispatcher software solution with support for DMR Tier II. Support for XPT is available as an option and requires an additional license. The package includes licenses for one dispatcher console, one server, and one gateway, which can be configured with two mobile radios or one repeater connected via IP.
The system supports GPS positioning displayed on OpenStreetMaps or Google Maps. Online and offline map operation is available, with the offline mode requiring an additional license. Installation can be carried out in a client–server architecture or on a single machine combining the server, gateway, and dispatcher console.
The software supports voice communications, including individual, group, emergency, and all-call calls. It also supports emergency calls, text messaging, GPS positioning, GPS geofencing, telemetry, and OTAP functionality. Integration with the public telephone network is possible using the SIP protocol.
A call and system event recording module is included. In IP-based configurations, it records all voice communications transmitted through the repeater. Licensing is based on a USB hardware dongle. The application is available in the Polish language.
The system can be expanded with additional dispatcher consoles, gateways, and repeaters supporting DMR Tier II or XPT.
