A coma corrector serves as a corrective lens designed specifically for Newtonian telescopes. These telescopes often induce distortion at the periphery of the field of view, causing stars to appear comet-like, a phenomenon known as 'coma'.

Introducing the Skywatcher Coma Corrector (2”) engineered for Newtonian Reflectors, this device ensures breathtaking wide-field views with stars appearing as pinpoint dots right up to the edge of the field. Tailored for all Sky-Watcher fast-ratio f/5 Newtonian Reflectors / Dobsonians equipped with a 2” focuser, this corrector maintains the original magnification without alteration. It comes complete with necessary adaptors for visual observations. For DSLR camera imaging, a compatible T-2 (M48x0.75) adaptor matching your camera is required.
