This light shield is a snap-in optical tube cover made of flexible plastic, designed to block unwanted off-axis light from entering the telescope. It significantly enhances contrast by providing maximum light absorption and minimizing reflectivity. The installation is quick, tool-free, and easily hooks onto the telescope's spider vanes.
