IDAS Filters Nebula Booster NB3 52mm (67608)

The NB3 filter is a dual line-pass filter specifically designed for use with one-shot color (OSC) cameras, such as DSLRs or astronomical OSC cameras. It transmits the red SII and blue-green OIII emission lines, enhancing the contrast of these features in emission nebulae without the need for time-consuming single-band filters. This makes it ideal for creating luminance contrast in traditional RGB images or producing images in popular false-color palettes. However, it is important to use this filter in combination with a base filter that provides IR blocking (UV/IR CUT).
