Pulsar Astro Remote Shutter Drive (56194)

Motorizing your dome shutter eliminates the need for manual operation in the dark and is an essential step toward achieving fully remote operation of your observatory. This system is designed for use with PULSAR domes measuring either 2.7 or 2.2 metres.

The PULSAR shutter drive is powered by a pre-installed lithium battery. Charging is handled by the included PULSAR Induction Charger or a compatible power tank battery charger. You can easily monitor the charging status and battery level through the rotation drive control box.

The shutter drive remains powered on at all times. You can open or close the shutter by pressing a single red button located on the drive housing. Alternatively, the shutter can be operated through software using a Bluetooth connection with the PULSAR rotation drive.
