High-Quality Steel:

The knife showcases a satin-finished blade measuring 86mm in length, constructed from American CPM-S30V stainless steel.

Known for its superior durability and edge retention, Crucible Industries' S30V powdered steel undergoes hardening to an optimal 58-60 HRC, maintaining sharpness over extended periods while exhibiting high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.

With a high vanadium carbide content, the steel offers exceptional impact and wear resistance, along with superior cutting capabilities. The blade is further protected by a black Teflon coating, guarding against minor scratches.

For efficient sharpening, it's advisable to use a diamond sharpener, as traditional ceramic whetstones may prove labor-intensive and inefficient.
