Description

The Benchmade 539GY Anonimus emerges as a stalwart in the realm of survival knives, presenting a robust full-tang construction, a resilient CPM-Cruwear tool steel blade, G10 liners, and a utilitarian sheath with a dedicated flint loop.

Crafted for the Wild

Guided by the ancient Nordic adage, "A man without a knife is a dead man," Benchmade devised the Anonimus, a formidable tool tailor-made for bushcraft and survival pursuits.

Versatility in Design

The Anonimus stands as a mid-sized survival knife, fashioned with a full-tang architecture, signifying a singular piece of steel encompassing the entirety of the handle. This structural integrity, complemented by G10 liners, amplifies the knife's durability to near-indestructible levels.

A Blade of Tenacity

Its blade boasts a resilient hilt, a flat grind, and a pronounced belly, facilitating seamless cutting and effortless penetration. Coated with Tungsten Grey Cerakote, the blade benefits from a shield against corrosion and wear. The drop-point configuration, 2.9mm thick at its broadest, ensures robustness and exceptional cutting efficacy. Transverse cutters on the blade's spine offer a secure thumb rest, enhancing precision during tasks. An enlarged hilt averts hand slippage, while a choil, tailored for use with ferrocerium flints, ensures versatility in fire starting.

Forged for the Elements

Constructed from Crucible Industries LLC's CPM-Cruwear steel, tempered to an impressive 63-65 HRC, the blade epitomizes resilience and wear resistance. Enriched with vanadium, tungsten, and molybdenum additives, CPM-Cruwear stands as a pinnacle of blade performance.

Tactile Handle Design

The knife features contoured G10 liners affixed to the tang, offering enhanced grip and stability. Designed to thwart slippage, the handle's profile and cross-milling guarantee secure handling. A rear aperture accommodates lanyards or cords, further augmenting its utility in various scenarios.

Sheathed for Adventure

Encased in a Boltaron sheath, a robust thermoplastic material, the Anonimus remains secure and accessible at the wearer's belt. The sheath incorporates a convenient loop for carrying a flint, a vital tool for survival (flint not included).
