The Autel Robotics EVO Lite+ Care Protection Plan is specifically designed for owners of Autel Robotics drones. This plan offers comprehensive coverage for your EVO II, EVO II Pro, EVO Nano, and Lite series drones, ensuring peace of mind during your aerial adventures.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Autel Robotics Care plan, customers must meet the following conditions:
- Your drone must be within its one-year warranty period.
- Additionally, one of the following conditions must be met:
- You own an aircraft that has never been opened.
- Your aircraft was activated within 48 hours before your attempt to purchase Autel Care.
- If neither condition applies, you must send your product for a functional evaluation to our repair team in Bothell, WA.
Activation Process
Once you purchase the Autel Care plan, remember to verify and activate your aircraft on the Autel website. This step is crucial to ensure your coverage is in place and ready to protect your drone.
