The Levenhuk D870T microscope is a highly reliable three-field microscope designed for biological observation in both light and dark fields. With its three-lens head and the ability to mount a digital camera on the eyepiece, the D870T can also transform into a digital microscope. The microscope's head is inclined at a 30-degree angle and can rotate a full 360 degrees. It features four planachromatic lenses mounted in the head turret, providing optimal lighting in the Koehler system. The adjustable aperture diaphragm and field make this microscope perfect for professional observation.

The table, measuring 140 x 155 mm, can be moved in two axes, allowing for precise sample positioning. Focus adjustment is achieved by turning the fine and coarse adjustment knobs to raise or lower the table, effectively controlling the distance between the sample and the objective lens. Both control systems operate smoothly, with a roughing range of 25 mm and a fine adjustment range of 0.002 mm.

The microscope is equipped with a 6 V / 20 W halogen lamp as the lighting source, which can be adjusted to achieve the desired brightness.

Dark Field Observation Capability

The Levenhuk 870T binocular microscope is furnished with a dark field condenser that can be utilized when the Abbe condenser is raised as high as possible. The dark field microscope is particularly well-suited for blood tests and other biological samples, offering enhanced contrast compared to bright field observations. By rotating the lighting ring to the right, you can enter the dark field observation mode.

About the Included Camera:

The Levenhuk M800 PLUS camera is specifically designed for use with biological and stereoscopic microscopes. With its 8 MP matrix, it enables image capture at resolutions of up to 3264 x 2448 pixels. The camera allows adjustment of the frames per second, resulting in smooth, detailed, and high-contrast recordings.

The camera kit includes a standard USB cable for connecting it to a computer, as well as photo and video editing software. The accompanying CD contains special software (Levenhuk ToupView) that allows editing of previously saved photos, including functions such as zooming, cropping, and adjusting contrast.

The Windows Levenhuk software is available in eight languages: English, French, German, Polish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Turkish. For Mac and Linux systems, the interface is currently only available in English.
