The LRGB filters in this package boast exceptional efficiency, with transmission rates exceeding 95% in the maximum transmission band. These filters utilize high-quality glass substrates and are coated with a complete multilayer coating, resulting in vivid and highly contrasting images. To further enhance image quality, the G and R filters are designed with carefully selected separation peaks, effectively eliminating signal interference from sodium lamp spectral lines, which are a major source of light pollution.
The HSO narrowband filters included in the package are ideal for capturing stunning photographs of emission nebulae, including the renowned Pillars of Creation. These filters feature narrow half-widths for the Hα, S II, and O III bands, enabling astrophotographers to capture impressive images even in challenging conditions such as during a full moon.
