Building upon the highly acclaimed ASI 183 MM-P model, this camera boasts significant enhancements including increased capacity well capacity, higher quantum efficiency, and an expanded dynamic range in its analog-to-digital converter.

To ensure a low dark current during long exposures, the camera features a two-stage cooling system based on Peltier cells. This clever design keeps the sensor temperature up to 35°C lower than the ambient temperature, maintaining optimal performance.
