iOptron Mount HEM15 iPolar

The iOptron HEM15 mount combines the features of a "large" equatorial mount with the convenience of Harmonic Drive technology, eliminating the need for counterweights or a counterweight shaft. Despite its light weight of only 2.5kg, it boasts a maximum load capacity of up to 8kg (expandable to 12kg with optional counterweights). This remarkable weight-to-load ratio is complemented by features such as permanent periodic error correction (PEC), automatic mount stopping during power outages with seamless restart capability, precise tracking even without guiding, internal cable management, a comprehensive Vixen-style prism clamp, and high-quality CNC machined and anodized materials.
