The optical clarity across the entire field is impeccable, thanks to the configuration of 8 lens elements in 5 groups. This setup ensures excellent color fidelity right to the edges of the field of view.

Unique dual functionality allows these eyepieces to offer two focal lengths: a 2" wide field low magnification when the negative achromat group is removed, and a standard magnification with the 1.25" negative achromat group installed.

Designed with high refractive index glass elements, these eyepieces achieve minimal distortion and very low astigmatism. They also boast the shortest field stop position among wide-field eyepieces currently known, enhancing their performance.

These eyepieces are tailored for comfortable binocular viewing, ensuring no 'kidney-bean effect'—the image remains stable and visible even with involuntary head movements, a common issue with many wide-field designs.
