Available in 1.25" format and a range of focal lengths including 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 9mm, 12.5mm, 14.5mm, and 18mm, these eyepieces feature an interior configuration of seven lens elements in four groups (with the 18mm model boasting five elements in three groups). Each lens edge is meticulously blackened, and all glass/air surfaces are coated with a multi-layer, high-impact anti-reflex coating.

Setting them apart from traditional eyepieces, the LE Planetary series boasts a generous 20mm interocular distance, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience for all, including spectacle wearers. With an apparent field of view of 55°, they offer expansive vistas with minimal distortion at the edges.

In rigorous testing, Omegon LE Planetary eyepieces exhibited superior transparency and brilliance, particularly against a dark sky background with minimal stray light interference.

A sophisticated interior aperture system further minimizes stray light, ensuring clear and immersive observations. Unlike conventional eyepieces that artificially enlarge the field of view at the edges, Omegon LE Planetary eyepieces present a true field with minimal distortion.
