IDAS Filters Nebula Filter LPS-D2 for Canon EOS APS-C

IDAS Nebula filters offer significant contrast enhancement, allowing for extended exposure times with DSLRs, as well as color and monochrome astro cameras.

With the transition from sodium vapor street lights to white LED street lights, combating light pollution has become increasingly challenging. In response to this emerging threat, IDAS has developed the LPS-D2 filter, specifically targeting the strong blue component of LED lights while also filtering out the warmer part of their emission curve ranging from about 555nm to 640nm.

Optimized for use with one-shot color cameras, this filter maintains the color balance of images through its carefully designed transmission spectrum.
