This UBVRI photometric filter set, available in both 1.25" and 2" round mounted formats, encompasses five filters: Ultraviolet (U), Blue (B), Visual (V), Red (R), and Infrared (I).

Crafted with precision, the Optolong 1.25" or 2" UBVRI Filter Set employs quality brand glass, meticulously coated with ion-assisted deposition technology for enhanced scratch resistance and stability of the central wavelength (CWL). Designed for compatibility with color filter wheels accepting 1.25" or 2" round mounted filters, this set ensures versatility in various astrophotography setups.

Quality Filter Materials:

• German-sourced substrate material, 1.85 mm thick, guarantees durability.
• Multiple layers of anti-reflection coatings, applied through electron-beam gun evaporation with ion-assisted deposition, optimize performance.

Quality Finish:

• Fine-optically polished filter substrate maintains 1/4 wave surface accuracy and <30 arc seconds deviation from parallelism across both surfaces.
• Surface quality adheres to MIL-O-13830 standards, achieving a rating of 60/40.
• Optolong's planetary rotation system employs a uniform and precise coating process, ensuring high transmission within the pass-band and optimal optical density in off-band regions.
• Each filter is securely housed in a plastic case with high-pressure EVA lining.
