Introducing the StellarMate Pro, an advanced astrophotography controller designed for observatory-class performance. It serves as a powerful command center compatible with a wide array of astronomy equipment from various manufacturers.

Leveraging Open Source technology, StellarMate Pro offers a complete astrophotography solution with preloaded software and drivers, eliminating the need for additional third-party software.

In addition to its role as an equipment controller, StellarMate Pro provides robust power distribution capabilities. It can power up to four 12V DC devices, two 12V Dew Heaters, and offers one adjustable voltage output ranging from 3-9V. A 12V @ 10A DC regulated power supply (not included) is required to power all connected devices. The unit features a durable high-density XT-60 connector designed to withstand currents of up to 60A.

Equipped with a built-in GPS/GLONASS receiver, StellarMate Pro ensures highly accurate location and time services essential for precise equipment operations, whether in the field or in a fixed observatory. The unit's passive GPS and WiFi antennas deliver high gain even in noisy environments, ensuring reliable communication with your controller (mobile, tablet, or PC/Mac).

A multi-purpose AUX port supports environmental sensors and future accessories, including observatory relay controls. With a dedicated stepper controller capable of handling up to NMEA 17 stepper motors, you can directly control many focuser stepper motors with StellarMate Pro.

StellarMate Pro offers flexibility in choosing your preferred platform to control your equipment:

• Standalone: Connect StellarMate Pro to an external monitor via HDMI and use StellarMate OS with a mouse/keyboard. However, this method is not recommended for mounted telescopes.
• Mobile: Operate StellarMate Pro remotely via WiFi using the StellarMate App for Android/iOS. It is recommended to use modern tablets/iPads with screen sizes of 10” or more for the best experience.
• Windows/Mac/Linux: Utilize the Ekos astrophotography tool on Windows, MacOS, or Linux to remotely control StellarMate via WiFi, LAN, or WAN, offering advanced functionality including mosaic planning and scheduling.

Getting started with StellarMate Pro is straightforward:

• Connect your equipment to StellarMate Pro via USB or WiFi.
• Power your equipment using the SM Pro power ports.
• Connect to StellarMate Pro from your mobile, tablet, or computer.
• Start controlling your setup and capturing images from any major platform.

The feature-rich StellarMate App offers a wide range of functionalities, including accurate Polar Alignment, Framing Assistant, Live stacking, Focusing algorithms, Target exploration, Gallery viewer, Weather and sky quality data, and extensive equipment support.

For new users, learning to use StellarMate effectively may require some time due to its extensive features. Video tutorials and manuals are currently available only in English, catering primarily to English-speaking and computer-savvy users.
