Omegon Pro Field Flattener 2,5"

The 2.5" flattener is meticulously crafted to ensure full illumination of a full-frame sensor (24x36mm) sans any vignetting, offering impeccable field correction for refractors with focal ratios ranging from f/5 to f/9, and focal lengths spanning 500mm to 1000mm.

This flattener is ideally paired with focusers larger than 2".

Featuring a male M68 thread, this flattener seamlessly attaches to any focuser equipped with a female M68 thread. For focusers lacking an M68 female thread, additional adaptors are required for compatibility.

Designed with an extended back focus distance, this flattener accommodates accessories like Off Axis Guiders and Filter Wheels. The recommended back focus distance from the female M69 thread varies based on the telescope's focal length:

• Less than 500mm: 106mm
• 500mm - 600mm: 101mm
• 600mm - 700mm: 96mm
• 700mm - 800mm: 91mm
• 800mm - 950mm: 88mm
• 950mm - 1000mm: 87mm

When used with the included M48 Adapter (with a 36.5mm optical length), the back focus approximates 55mm.
