These are secure full aperture (also known as clear aperture) solar filters, ensuring the maximum light transmission into your telescope by allowing the full aperture to be utilized. Optimal for daytime viewing with minimal atmospheric turbulence, they can be adapted with a mask to reduce aperture size if needed.
Crafted with precision, these premium solar filters feature an aluminum cell, securely fastened and centered to the telescope tube using nylon thumb screws and felt padding. The clear aperture is constructed from hand-selected reflective coated glass, ensuring top-notch durability and quality. Offering a natural yellowish-orange image of the sun, this filter is ideal for both direct viewing and photography.
For added protection, the filter comes in a foam-lined box, offering shock absorption during handling and durable storage when not in use.
