These solar filters ensure safe and full aperture (sometimes called clear aperture) coverage, allowing maximum light to enter the telescope for optimal daytime viewing, especially in conditions of minimal atmospheric turbulence. In the presence of turbulence, a mask can be applied over the filter's end to effectively reduce the aperture.

Crafted with precision, this premium solar filter features an aluminum cell securely centered to the telescope tube with nylon thumb screws and felt padding. The clear aperture is made of high-quality reflective-coated glass, hand-selected and inspected for superior durability and performance. Representing the pinnacle of quality, this filter delivers a natural yellowish-orange image of the Sun and can be used for direct viewing through the telescope or for photography.
