APM 2x Barlow lens 2" (6188)

The APM 2" Barlow lens is a high-quality optical accessory, designed as the larger counterpart to the popular 1.25" version. Its robust construction and fully multi-coated lenses ensure excellent contrast and light transmission. With a lens diameter of 37mm, it accommodates 2" wide-angle eyepieces without vignetting, making it ideal for versatile astronomical applications.

Further uses: By adding a 50mm 2" extension tube, the magnification increases to 2.7x, allowing you to transform a 30mm wide-angle eyepiece into an 11mm equivalent while maintaining comfortable eye relief. Additionally, the lens cell can be removed and screwed directly into an eyepiece for a reduced magnification factor of 1.5x.
