Back-Illuminated CMOS Sensor
The back-illuminated structure allows more photons to reach the photosensitive layer, increasing quantum efficiency and sensitivity. This results in better performance when imaging faint celestial objects.
Cooling and Anti-Dew Control
Dual-stage TE cooling, a built-in dew heater, and a sealed sensor chamber with a silicon gel tube keep the sensor dry and free from condensation, ensuring low noise and reliable operation even during long exposures.
